Conduct sports activities for childrenaged 3-12, including tennis, gymnastics.basketball, soccer, swimming, fitness, andmore.
Design and implement training programssuitable for various ages and skill levels,adjusting content as needed to meet thechildren's needs.
Provide a safe, positive learning environmentthat encourages participation and nurtureschildren's interest in sports.Participate inand assist with organizing seasonal projectssuch as summer camps, working collaborativelywith team members to enhance the campexperience.
Regularly communicate children's progressto parents, highlighting strengths andareasfor improvement.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degreein physical education, sports science, or arelated field is preferred.
Certifications: Relevant coaching certifications,especially in basketball, soccer, tennis, swimming,and gymnastics, are highly preferred.
Teaching Experience: Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in sports teaching and camp education.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; basicChinese communication skills are a plus.
Personal Qualities: Team-oriented, friendly,patient, enthusiastic about working with children,and able to inspire their interest in sports.
Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule,including weekdays and weekends.
Teaching Experience: Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in sports teaching and camp education.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; basicChinese skills are a plus.
